Crockpot Pizza

2 meals for 2
.75 lb ground beef, cooked
.75 lb bulk Italian sausage, cooked
15 oz. ounce jar pizza sauce
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Slices of pepperoni
Slices of pepperoni
Any of your favorite pizza toppings, we used
10 oz. Mushrooms sliced
6 oz sliced onion
1 tsp. garlic

Freezing:
- Cook ground beef and Italian sausage then let cool
- Split meat equally into 2 small freezer bags
- Split all ingredients into 2 and place in there own small freezer bags
- Place small bags into large freezer bag to keep all ingredients together
- Seal, lay flat, freeze

Cooking
- When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 hours.
- Combine sausage and hamburger with sauce and onions.
- Place half of sauce mixture in crock pot.
- Place 1/2 amount pepperoni and 1/2 desired toppings on top.
- Place half of mozzarella cheese on top of pepperoni.
- Repeat layers ending with mozzarella.
- Cook on low 4-6 hours.
- Let cool slightly and cut into 8 slices. Refrigerate remaining.
